Attention Parents wishing to swim @ the NJ Long Course Cup: Please be advise that in order for us to enter your swimmer into the NJ Long Course Cup or any other upcoming Long Course Meet, you must be registered for both Spring Training and intend to swim Long Course.  If a swimmer is not registered for Long Course at the time of the meet, they will be scratched.  Entries are due on 5/9/08.  Senior 1 swimmers must swim at least 1 day, please let me know by next Tuesday.  Thank you 

Senior 1 & Senior 2 will have dryland practice @ 7 Presidents Park, in Long Branch.  Wednesday we meet @ 6 pm and Sat we meet @ 8 am.  You need to bring running shoes, and a towel.  Practice will last between an 1:30 and 1:45.

If you or your swimmer did not get their banquet trophy, please see Jack or Tim in their office.

Because, as I said yesterday, I would forget somebody.  I forgot to thank Dede Fitton for the great job she did for our banquet, it was one of our best ever!  Congrats!
